OFERTA PUNESIMI NE CROCIERE - Menaxheret e Kompanise, do te jene vazhdimisht ne Shqiperi, per te testuar dhe rekrutuar ne bashkepunim me TSTS Group, kandidatet per pozicionin e punes Casino Dealer ne bordin e Anijeve te kesaj kompanie.
Kontratat jane 8 mujore me te drejte rinovimi.
A Dealer has to be competent and floor-experienced in, Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker and Roulette
Preferable between 25 and 40 years old. Pleasant appearance, adequate grooming.
2 Years Live Experience Roulette, Blackjack and Poker
- assisting in any duties of a safety nature as requested by Ship’s Command, i.e. safety drills; port manning or gangway duties.
- possessing a sound working knowledge of the CCCD Gaming Manual.
- dealing all games to correct gaming procedures as laid down in the CCCD Gaming Manual.
- dealing games in a non-intimidating, friendly and professional manner.
- working cohesively as a team with Casino Management and Supervisors, as well as working independently with little or no supervision.
- keeping Supervisors informed by means of clear commentary on all operations and transactions.
- liaising and co-operating with colleagues whilst dealing to ensure smoothness and efficiency when running the gaming tables.
- reporting any discrepancies or incidents of a doubtful nature to the Casino Manager.
- referring any dispute or argument concerning a Guest to the immediate Supervisor.
- performing revenue counts as instructed by Casino management, i.e. soft count; stacker and /or coin counts.
- participating in day to day operational needs as deemed necessary by the Casino Management.
