Role Summary
As a Software Developer you will develop solutions and services for DACH market’s local public transportation companies.
You will be a technical member of a team using agile development methodologies (agile, scrum), to provide continuous and high quality delivery of solutions.
We need our developers to be problem solvers, be enthusiastic to take new responsibilities and eager to learn under professional guidance.
You will be working intensively together in a small, highly motivated team in Tirana and stay in close contact with our other staff in Germany, Greece, Albania and Switzerland.

Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop in .net technology (C#)
- Develop and maintain new or existing Client or Server applications (interop Excel, WPF, Web applications)
- Perform automated tests and verify applications
- Build setups and rollout the applications that will be installed directly by our customers
- Understand the business needs of our customers and discuss it with the rest of the team
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 0-5 years of professional experience in software development
- In-depth knowledge in C#
- Good MS Office Excel skills
- Ability to collaborate intensively with different personalities of a small team
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibilities and provide solutions to problems
- Fluent English
- Independent, reliable and troubleshooting aptitude
- Advantage several years of experience in software development
- Experience with WPF, GUI Design, Web applications, Angular
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum)
- Deeper know-how in Excel
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in the public transport sector is an advantage
- Interesting product development tasks for applications applied on Central Europe
- Work in small, distributed agile environment where everyone counts
