• Marketing and Sales representative

Background:
Our company's team has expanded with several colleagues in recent weeks, because we intend to offer the most complete level of customer support and we want to attract new opportunities. However, we are still looking for new colleagues!
We want a marketing and sales representative to help us develop the company and maintain a relationship based on trust with existing customers and to develop the connection with new ones.
Mandatory skills:
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Being able to represent the company's mission and values
  • Quick and efficient when working with the computer
  • Confident using the computer and Microsoft Office (Word + Excel + Outlook)
  • Preferable with an University background
  • Able to fluently speak English, and preferably also French or German
Personal skills:
  • Being reliable and develop trust with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to learn quickly and the willingness for continuous development
  • Exigency towards the quality of the work performed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Independent work, fast response time, and results orientation
    Tasks:
  • Keeping in touch with customers by e-mail and telephone
  • Coordinating, organizing and managing events with business partners
  • Developing and maintaining the customer database (CRM)
  • Carrying out commercial activities (contract renewals, invoicing, etc.)
  • Preparing marketing materials and posting them on social media channels
  • Fulfilling a full-time position built around daily events, programs and activities, taking into
    account that there are days when the 8-hour program extends (which is compensated with
    free hours in the days agreed with management)
  • Managing product and service presentations with the sales and technical team
  • Maintaining contact with business partners and developing action strategies together with
    the management team
