Tirana International Airport SHPK (“TIA”) is seeking for an
IT&T Technician
who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Responsible to diagnose IT equipment problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs. Set up IT equipment and schedule maintenance
- Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions
- Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation)
- Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system
- Responsible to orient new users to existing technology
- Responsible to prepare activities reports
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting a variety of technologies (desktops/laptops, local/network printers, peripherals, network devices, etc.)
- Understand basic Network Knowledge and Server configuration
- Knowledge on security, access control, and CCTV systems
- At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and proactive
- Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
- Available to work in shifts
- Good knowledge of English language
