Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client BlueMagic Group, which is a global Company also operating in Albania is looking for potential candidates for the position of the Sales Consultant in the medical field.
Summary of the position: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the assigned client accounts and also developing, planning, and implementing the company's sales strategies. We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you also have some experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business.
The main duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows:
• Be a personal consultant of the patient who has sought to perform a service at the clinic
• Communicate with patients to understand their goals and objectives
• Sell and promote the services offered on the clinic to interested patients
• Follow the patient from the personalized diagnosis by doctors specializing in hair transplantation, to the arrival in Istanbul, hotel accommodation, before and after the intervention
• Keep the data retention system up to date
• Manage posts on social networks
• Follow the interests of potential customers coming from various marketing campaigns and commercial partners
Requirements and Criteria for this role:
• Fluent in English and Italian, C1 speaking level required;
• Have good sales and customer management skills;
• Have the ability to build relationships with customers and be willing to offer excellent service;
• Be results-oriented;
• Be motivated and ambitious;
• Have good skills to adapt and work in a team;
• Represent high values of integrity and positivity.
