AGNAGROUP is looking to hire an enthusiastic Trade Marketer for our brands to represent them with dignity and be their face and voice. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our brands through various channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve the objectives, by communicating the value of our brands to customers, tracking customer feedback, representing the brands at every eventand boosting sales.To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and networking skills, sales knowledge and experience and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Trade Marketer Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with Agna’s mission, vision, values and goals and have them as an overall guide in the way of working.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies, to enlist the brands in the outlets and to ensure brand visibility.
  • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our brands.
  • Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and tracking their preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Representing the company at events and trade shows.
  • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Trade Marketer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work evenings, Thursday through Sunday.
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • To have a valid driver’s license.
  • Sales experience 3-5 years
  • Experience in the beverage industry is an advantage
Any certification related to beer (Cicerone or Beer Sommelier) is an advantage.
