Technical & Service Desk Engineer

We are a fast growing digital web agency specialized in providing a full range of digital solutions form Web to IT Services.
We have an opening position as a Service Desk & Technical Support Specialist that will provide Helpdesk & Technical support to our Clients.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT Issues
  • Analyze & resolve IT incidents with a varying degree of complexity
  • Assists the Development Manager and other team members on various IT projects and tasks.
  • Maintains current and up-to-date knowledge with respect to relevant technologies, equipment, and/or systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Some IT experience in: software installation and maintenance, and hardware.
  • IT Certificates
  • Knowledge of IT Systems and Networks

Foreign Languages:

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian (C1-C2 in Speaking and Writing)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1)

Bonus Skills:

  • Previews experience in Call Centre (Inbound in Italian Language)
  • Basic Knowledge of any programing language;
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Previous work experience with file/print services, troubleshooting and basic network functions.
  • Previous work experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group policy Management.
