BSS Analyze and Testing Specialist

Purpose of Position

BSS Analyze and Testing Specialist is responsible for testing within deadlines the product and service implementation by using the current platforms.

Main Tasks

  • [*=left]Technical Contact Point for Commercial Units related to Business requirements;
    [*=left]Performs Business Analysis with the related Business Owners;
    [*=left]Performs Technical Analysis with the related Technical Teams (Billing, Software Development, VAS, Network, BI, Revenue Assurance, etc);
    [*=left]Plans and schedules production activities and supervises the production processes;
    [*=left]Ensures uncertainty related to demands;
    [*=left]Ensures Technical Development is coupled with Business Demands;
    [*=left]Develops Test/User Cases for each of the Products under implementation with the related technical teams;
Skills​


  • [*=left]Very good knowledge of MS Office, Visio, Oracle , SQL, XML/Soap, etc;
    [*=left]Business Process Understanding, knowledge in Oracle , MS SQL;
    [*=left]Very good command of English language;
    [*=left]Clear communicator (written and verbal), Team Oriented, Problem Solving;
    [*=left]Very good analytical skills and problem solving
    [*=left]SAP Modules, SAP Solution Manager/ Quality Assurance Systems knowledge are considered an advantage
Experience
​


  • [*=left]At least 2 years in similar field.

Education
​


  • [*=left]Degree on Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Telecommunication
