Plant Manager
Our client is a globally present international group headquartered in Germany, operating in the industrial production of renewable energy components.
The client will invest in a greenfield manufacturing project in Albania. The production facility will be of great strategic importance, as will ensure sustainable and timely supply for all Balkan, Mediterranean and North-African countries.
The group has contracted AIMS International Albania to fill all the executive roles of the facility.
We are currently looking for a Plant Manager.
The Plant Manager will be reporting directly to the Project Manager located in our client's European Headquarters.
A successful candidate for this position should possess and demonstrate:
1- Experience on industrial environment, with around 1000 employees.
2- Experience working with composite materials and chemical materials, mechanics / metallurgical background will be a good advantage.
3- Experience of work in a frequently changing environment and manual manufacturing processes.
Similar managerial experience is required for the role. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of professional experience.
An excellent command of written and spoken English is also crucial.
The plant will be located in Durres, Albania.
