Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Customer information regarding all products offered by the Bank (features, terms & conditions, etc)
- Customer information related to balance inquire, accounts
- Supporting of Cardholders with different information on their account and credit card use or in case of problems.
- Report to the respective instance in case of problems with the ATM network, winbank (during non-working hours)
- Customer support for winbank service
- Close/reactivation of winbank users
- Responsible for Phone banking usage (the agent is responsible to perform the transaction ordered by the phone banking users in the system)
- As the customer service is 24/7, the position requires working shifts.
Cards Operational:
- Monitoring of Safeguard Alerts (cards, POS, ATMs) during the non-working hours
- Evaluations of alerts displayed and inform the respective supervisor in case these suspicious transactions have been noticed.
- Contact the cardholders in case of suspicious transactions and take the necessary action in case of non confirmed transaction or the client is not answering.
- Report all the actions that they have taken during the shift related to alerts (transactions that have been confirmed/or not; the client that were not answered, etc).
- Closing cards for cases that client has lost/stolen the credit card and executes the procedure of reissue a new one, if necessary.
Required education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or in related field
