BIA Advisory Services Shpk is seeking to hire 3 Help Desk Customer Care Operators in travel sector.
The foreseen tasks include but not limited the following activities:

  • He/she provide assistance to clients on finding their lost luggage through a dedicated system and respond to every claim of clients.
  • The help desk operator of Lost & Found helps customers with all baggage irregularities and ensures that they receive the right information, dependable and friendly service at all times.
  • He/she as required submit the detailed information for each client upon regulations on the tracker systems.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Able to solve problems independently, pay close attention to detail and work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Customer Service experience preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Oriented towards meeting work deadlines and standards.
  • Able to work independently or in team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotary work from 06am – 02am Monday / Sunday
