Applicative Support Specialist

Main Tasks

- Application management on Software, Database, Site and Web Applications (monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Second level Trouble Ticketing management, escalation to third levels (application area / systems area)
- Users Activation and configuration in software applications
- Report extraction from database
- Writing the Operating instructions in management/maintenance of software applications.

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge of administration of Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of scripting languages (exp. bash, powershell)
- Knowledge of DBMS architecture SQL Server and MongoDB
- Knowledge .Net (preferably C#)
- Knowledge Java
- Knowledge of cloud services (preferably Azure)
- Networking knowledge and network protocols.
- Experience at least 2 years in tasks related to the duties related to the role
- Shift availability
