The Human Resources Department at Agna Group wants to hire a candidate
with analytical and critical thinking skills in the position of:
Data Analyst
Main tasks:
- Manages the Human Resources Management Information System
- Manages electronic education platforms (e-Learning, etc.)
- Manages the Electronic Archive of Human Resources Department
- Manages the social media platforms for Human Resources Department
- Manages the website and database of Agna Leadership Academy
- Contributes in the coordination and progress of training programs at Agna Leadership Academy
- Performs periodic analyzes and reports for the Department
- Processes survey and quantitative research data.
Requirements and qualifications:
- To have completed or be close to completion of higher education in the Economic Informatics, Mathematical and Informatics Engineering,
Information Technology and Communication or other similar study programs.
- Strong knowledge on statistics and analysis
- Knowledge on electronic education platforms (e-Learning, etc.)
- Good knowledge on the management of Social Media
- Good knowledge about web management
- Knowledge about the SPSS statistical package
- Knowledge of the Word Press program
- Experience in similar positions is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
