Your Profile:
To be part of our team it is important that you have
- 3+ years of software development experience with web applications and backend services
- a strong background in software development (with e.g. Java, node.js or something similar)
- a solid understanding of modern software architecture
- the desire to work with frontend and backend technologies
- the experience to create maintainable software and MVPs
- the ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- the ability to work in a distributed team
- an independent working style and being a team player
- good communication skills in English
- create applications from scratch and do maintenance work
- learn new technologies and processes (Dart, Flutter, Go, Micro services, NoSQL databases, ...)
- bring in your ideas and experience in software development and operations topics
- see the results of your work in daily life
- gain experiences with a Swiss company
- work in a small team with flat hierarchies
