Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Description:


  • Provide our customers with the best deals
  • Handle international customers specially US, Europe
  • Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers
  • Respond to client questions, concerns and billing enquiries with highest degree of professionalism
  • Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care

Desired Experience and Skill:


  • Should have minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
  • Should be a strong team player.
  • Should have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Should have practical help desk or customer support experience.

We offer:


  • Payment of 3 euro net/hour.
  • Possibility to work full time and part time.
  • Employment agreement based on the Albanian law.
