Senior Specialist IT Security - Information Security Department

Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Electronic Engineering, Information Security or another degree that
provided a minimum education in one or more of the fields identified above and included the development or adaptation of
applications, systems or networks; or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
Two years minimum hands on experience in security including experience with Internet Cyber based technology and security
issues.
Financial services industry knowledge is highly desirable (especially in the Banking Sector).
Good working knowledge with international Information Security procedures, methodologies and standards (ISACA, ISO
27001, PCI DSS etc.).
Good working knowledge in the fields of information security, project management, business applications, database systems,
networking infrastructure, information systems’ operations, maintenance and support.
Any certification in information security such as CEH, CISSP, etc. is highly desirable.
Advanced level of English is required.
Ability to communicate technical and security related concepts to broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or as part of integrated teams.
Ability to easily adapt to changes in information technology and quickly learn and utilize new tools and methodologies.
Solid working knowledge of Windows, VMWare, Active Directory, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Oracle and SQL databases, Application
Development, Network and Security.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong working knowledge of network concepts, security technologies and practices.
Ability to work with data analytic tools, SIEM (Splunk preferred).
Ability to learn the operation of new software applications.

Duties & Responsibilities
Identifies control weaknesses, regulatory compliance issues, and potential areas of risk for all segments of the data
processing and information technology business.
Evaluates compliance with the bank's information security policies and procedures by performing sampling and spot checking
of documented security settings.
Develops reports for management regarding system compliance with standards.
Gathers data requested for regulatory examinations, internal/external audits, fraud and external security reviews.
Maintains current knowledge of applicable state and central banking regulations as they relate to information security, risk
assessment, and privacy.
Develops and modifies information security policies, procedures, and programs especially as they pertain to new
technologies.
Participate in projects by conducting specific and technical information security activities.
Stays updated on Information Security /Information Technology’ new developments.
Implements information security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
