Billing specialist

Working Hours: 15:00-00:00 ALBANIAN TIME.
11:30-8:30 ALBANIAN TIME.​

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process all billing on services rendered for company.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Verify and review service calls for accuracy and completeness so that billing can be processed.
  • Set up new customer accounts in database.
  • Analyze bills for correct labor, services, and parts.
  • Attend weekly sales to ops meetings to get customer billing requirement.
  • Create invoices in Field Pro or Clear view Management System.
  • Batch invoices.
  • Assist collectors as needed with billing information.
  • Produce reports.
  • Work with other departments on daily basis to obtain correct service information for customer billing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing codes, services rendered, and other account information.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelors preferred degree in Banking and Finance
  • Experience:
    • 6 months Billing experience preferred.
  • Skills Needed:
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to type at 40 wpm or better
    • Ability to work independently or with a team
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST
