Crepe and Waffle Maker in Doha Qatar


Job purpose:
Responsible for the daily preparation and baking of all pastry items and waffle dough. Performs other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all recipes and cooking procedures to the specifications set forth by the company
• Ensure all food is consistent and recipes are followed
• Demonstrate all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper hygiene
• Maintain clean work station during entire shift
• Control and limit wasting of inventory and supplies including the recording of any lost product on waste sheets
• Properly store, wrap, label, date and rotate products
• Keep bakery area and floors clean, dry and free from debris
• Assist in the cleaning and deep cleaning of the kitchen area including equipment, coolers and freezers
• Assist in the set-up and physical counting of all weekly and monthly inventories
• Clean all equipment, tools, supplies and maintain in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirement:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to understand and follow recipe guidelines
• Commitment to quality service, including food safety and sanitation
• Previous Experiences as Crepe or Waffle Maker
• Good knowledge of English
