Charging & Billing Analyst
In this role, he/she will contribute to cover and strength the control environment related to margin Assurance activities - Charging & Billing area
(recurring controls on charging & billing, trend analysis and sample selection, control of performance and valuation & follow up of any potential error, impact, and reporting).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• The candidate will be accountable of recurring controls on charging and billing area., from trend analysis and sample selection, to control performance and follow up of potential anomalies / valuation of error impact and reporting
• The candidate must have and maintain a deep knowledge of the commercial offers in order to evaluate the risky areas and set up proper control strategies.
• The candidate will analyse current control framework and propose / implement enhancements in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
• Identify potential issues according to the data and trends and lead investigation, collaboration, analysis and conclusions in cross-functional team
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Thoroughly understand commercial proposition and business processes
• Strong intellectual and analytical skills, able to zoom into detailed and complex processes, while keeping the high level view of the E2E process
• Well organized and ability to prioritize; strong project management skills and ability to deliver.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with other departments and in cross functional teams.
• High drive and commitment, flexible but rigorous and strong-willed with a service mind
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
• Excellent data management / analytics ability. Excellent knowledge of Excel/ Access, experience in using data discovery tools
• Master degree (in Engineering or Business).
• 3+ years’ experience in TLC sector or consultancy / auditing firms
