Campaign Management Specialist

Purpose of position:

'Assists and carries out all campaign-related operations within the general campaign function, ensuring the achievement of goals;

Main Duties

  • Contact with production company, identifying pending and new issues to be followed;

  • Coordinating the campaign/s to be on time and within quality;

  • Sending out printing requests and monitoring the process;

  • Supports Creative agencies' work and ensures the best quality of the company's image throughout all marketing campaigns;

  • Identifies and records any service quality problem and takes preventive and corrective actions;

  • Prepare cost estimations with the agency and proceed for approval according internal procedures (MAF procedure);
Skills


  • Highly committed, ability to prioritize, multitask and manage the time spent on each work activity;
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to handle and work under stress and pressure situations.
  • Excellent Commutation Skills, Creative, Verbal and written skills, Organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package;
  • Availability to work overtime whens is needed;

Experience


  • At least 2 years experience in similar field;

Education


  • University Degree
