Insurance Senior Specialist (Broker) – CRM & Liability Products Department
Tasks
Building and maintaining business relationships with clients
Discussing and assessing clients' current and future insurance needs
Researching insurance policies and products
Keep up with changes in the insurance market
Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
Administering brokerage process for the life and non-life insurance segment
Arranging insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider
Preparing and monitoring collection procedure of insurance premiums according to regulatory
Keeping detailed computer records
Preparing reports for internal purpose and supervisory authority
Advising clients on making claims on their policies
Renewing or amending existing policies for clients
Undertaking general administrative duties
Marketing services
Requirement
Very good knowledge on brokering as a process, its characteristics, law and supervisory requirements on this regard
Very good knowledge on life and non-life insurance
Confident negotiation skills
Reliability and honesty
Excellent time management
Decision-making
Analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
Have minimum 2 up to 3 years’ working experience in an insurance/broker company
Have minimum 1.5 up to 2 years working experience as licensed broker for the life/non-life segment.
To have university degree
Have excellent command of English
To have good knowledge of PC and advanced knowledge in excel
To have the ability to represent, co-ordinate, work under pressure and be accurate
*Candidates with managerial experience will be taken into consideration for the above position.
