EPPC Albania, is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:


  1. Drafting the Marketing Plan for each of the company brands;
  2. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
  3. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
  4. Organizing Marketing related events;
  5. Advertising agencies selection, liaison and agency-client relation management;
  6. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
  7. Online and social media strategy and roll out management;
  8. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Requirements for this position are:


  • University Degree in Marketing/Communication;
  • 5 years of experience in similar positions;
  • Advanced knowledge in strategic marketing planning;
  • Very good knowledge in creating, planning and impementation of promotional/communication campains;
  • Experience in online communication and good knowledge of CMS, social networks;
  • Experience in evaluating promotional materials both written and visual;
  • Good knowledge in public relations (preparing drafts for media publications);
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Creative approach, strong organization, collaboration and interpersonal skills;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Driving license.
