Solutions Engineer (Electrical)
On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in Albania in the industry of electrical and digital infrastructure, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer (Electrical)
Role:
As a solutions engineer, you'll combine technical knowledge with sales skills to ensure your clients' and your own company's needs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and meet relevant partners, investors, contractors, installers, panel builders.
• Identify the customer requirements and propose them solutions.
• Identify and follow the project realizations in Albania and Kosovo.
• Read design specifications and technical drawings.
• Prepare project documentation, report activities, provide presentations.
• Search for suitable solutions, costs estimates and timescales.
• Have deep knowledge about competitors' products and solutions.
• Follow the customers from start to finish including: understanding the needs; making quotations; negotiation; installation including management of the team; after sales service.
Requirements:
• University degree in electric engineering
• A solid technical background backed by at last 3 years of experience
• Sound judgement and good business sense
• Teamworking ability
• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and tenacity
• Independence
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Clear driving license
