Position: Real Estate Specialist - Credit Risk Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafts rules and procedures for the functionality of the Foreclosed Assets business in the bank, including sale and rental contracts, monitoring and delinquent rent collection policies;
Presents the offers for sale and rent, coordinates with other departments and BKT branches, maintains the database and reporting of assets, keeps relations with real estate agencies and follows the process at RERO;
Is updated with the real estate market developments and reports periodically;
Is responsible for the achievement of the sales targets and coordinates the process with branches;
Maintains and updates the Bank’s foreclosed assets database;
Establishes a market oriented property evaluation system and updates it;
Leads negotiations with potential buyers/ tenants of the Bank;
Follows the developments in relevant regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
University Degree preferred in civil engineering, architecture, or city planning;
Relevant license and background in real estate appraisals;
Previous experience of at least two years in sales of real estate properties;
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure, set priorities and manage time efficiently;
Excellent communication skills;
Available to travel for business purposes;
Very good knowledge of PC.
