International Commercial Bank is operating in Albanian Banking Industry since 1997. Presently, the bank is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of "MIS & Customer Analytics Officer" in Head Office, Tirana city. Criteria for this position are mentioned below:

JOB TITLE: MIS Officer
REPORTS TO: Senior MIS Officer
LOCATION: Tirana, Albania

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To gather data and organize these into meaningful reports that will help management in making decisions.


MAIN DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer data`s for effective info to Business Segments;
• Prepare internal analytical reports for Management;
• Conduct Ad-Hoc analysis to support business and functional initiatives;
• Ensure that for any request relevant analyses of the data information are provided either for information/action of the requestor or as support for management decision;
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of different reports;
• Provide timely delivery of Scorecards;
• Maintain standard data definition and ensure a single version of the truth in the business information management report;
• Identify and where possible, automate current performance tracking methods and processes in collaboration with I.T Department to minimize manual intervention, to improve timeliness and quality of data delivery for business information management reporting purposes

CRITERIA FOR THIS JOB PROFILE:

• Holds a University Degree in Economy/Mathematics/Informatics or related field;
• Experience in data processing/ analyses/operations is an advantage;
• Advance command of Microsoft package, advance excel ( including macro);
• Very good command of English language;
• Have an analytical mind and an eye for details;
• Be accurate and work with minimal supervision;
• Very good presentation skills;
• Able to work and coordinate with all staff levels
