JB PRO SOLUTIONS, on behalf of its client, it is currently looking for “OFFICE ASSISTANT” candidates.
Below you may find a brief description of the role:

KEY COMPETENCIES
Job Specific Competencies:
- good communication skills (both written and oral) in English: preferred (but not mandatory) IELTS (or equivalent) score – 6.5 required
- be highly organized, be comfortable with responsibility, have sound judgment, excellent organizational and analytical skills, initiate work plans and deliver effectively to deadlines
- excellent relationship and communicational skills
- competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- basic knowledge of community development and social work issues

Specific Duties:
- serve as administrative liaison and provide support for daily maintenance of office facilities
- be responsible for daily communications including maintenance of calendar and appointments for the Program Coordinator
- support with other tasks as needed, such as day-to-day office management, answering phones, event logistics etc
- filing all office documentation and third party contracts, agreements, records management etc.
- establish updates and maintain manual /automated filing systems for confidential and administrative files in order to track all information
- be responsible for updating Petty Cash Log
- translate (confidential) documents as well as interpret for the Program Coordinator at meetings and on other work-related occasions
- attend meetings with the staff and project partners, government agencies and sponsor agencies
- build and develop ongoing relationships with formal and informal partners, community groups and the government agencies as well as liaise and communicate with local partners who are directly involved in our current projects
- network with other International Non-Government Organizations (INGO’s) and Albanian Departments
- make field trips to attend resource distributions, celebrations, site visits, openings and reconnaissance
- organising of events presentations and ceremonies at projects/project visits
- facilitate in organizing periodic workshops for our projects
- be responsible for requesting wish-lists at the end of each school year
