Pre Sales Specialist

Purpose of position:
Pursues additionally business development opportunities within customer’s company.

Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and closed.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process.
- Alerts the sales account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

Skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office,
- Technical Solution expertise in a comparable sales role or related sector, B2B, B2C
- Very good command of English language;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Excellent communications skills;
- Availability to travel

Experience
- At least 3 years of experience.

Education
- Degree in (Bachelor/ Master) Computer Science/Electronics or Telecommunication
