We are hiring Recruitment Consultants for our office in Kompleksi Halili, Tirana – no previous experience is required.

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good decision making and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Using sales & networking to attract candidates to clients
  • Developing a good understanding of client’s industry, work culture and environment
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in work
  • Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client's roles
  • Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits
  • Preparing CVs and client application related paperwork
  • Client and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedback
  • Negotiating salary rates and finalising start dates
