Promotion Specialist

Purpose of the position:

Promotion of Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile products and services in different cities in Albania.


Duties



  • Responsible for presenting products and services of the company correctly to current and prospective customers,
  • Advertise products and services through phone calls; going door to door, staying in promotion booth, distribution of leaflets.
  • Responsible for attending regularly and precisely the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes.
  • Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating customer’s complaints according to procedures and regulations of the company.

Requirements of the position:



  • Bachelor degree
  • Customer oriented people
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Able and willing to work in team and to travel at any time
  • Willing to work under pressure
