Specialist / Senior Specialist - Corporate & Business Credit Department

Requirements
To have the provisions required as per Regulation of the Bank.
For Senior Specialists to have minimum 1.5 years of experience as specialist in our Bank. For specialists to have minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Sector – based on Group Head decision this period can be lower.
To have good knowledge of PC.
To have university degree (Preferred Economics or Finance branches).
To have excellent commands of English.
To be honest, dependable and trustworthy.

Tasks

To ensure that loan requests comply with Banking Laws and Regulations.
To ensure that loan requests comply with BKT Credit Policy as approved by Board of Directors.
To ensure that work is carried out accurately, timely, punctually and in compliance with the regulations and internal rules at all times.
To control the customer analysis reports and financial statements as prepared by the branches and make corrections if needed.
To spread & make interpretive analysis of financial statements and prepare customer analysis reports for use and loan decision making.
To analyze the loan requests, prepare written evaluation reports for the loan requests and present them to the Superior.
To ensure that proper documentation for all types of loan requests is obtained, executed and filed according to the format in the Credit Manual.
To send the legal documentation of the loan application to the Legal Department.
To inform the branch for the Legal Department opinion on the documentation and ensure that they are completed. To follow it up until the completion.
To send the appraisal reports to the Appraisal Department for further checking and inform the branch if any issue needs to be completed and or changed. Follow it up.
To prepare the Loan Approval Statement – after the loan is approved and inform the branch.
To provide documents and assistance to the Loan Administration Unit regarding the documents of the files for disbursement and facilitate the disbursement.
To follow the portfolio assigned, and ensure close communication with the branches and provide notifications to them in terms of portfolio management.
To perform portfolio yearly review.
To maintain an awareness of emerging issues, trends and ongoing developments in the market and keep the Superiors informed.
To visit branches and companies as needed or as assigned by the Superior.
To assist in training Assistant Specialists as requested by Superior.
To prepare the reports to official institutions if needed.
To maintain and prepare other statistical reports as requested by the Superior.
To ensure follow up of specific conditions related the customer’s performance.
To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank.
To assume the other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the function of Corporate & Commercial Credit Department as demanded by Superior.
