JOB ANNOUNCMENT

Position title:
Banqueting Supervisor in Food & Beverage department

Key pillars:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for assisting management in supervising Banqueting outlet. To coordinate, control and supervise the entire work/performance of all food and beverage associates in banqueting on a day to day running operation. Will answer guest requests and resolve guest problems in order to provide a high degree of Guest Satisfaction.

Specifically will be responsible for:


  • Maintain all Banquet Operations standards as per current Company Standards;
  • Manage, in conjunction with the Chef Steward, the inventory, control and breakage/loss reduction of china, glass and silver as it relates to function services and banquet services;
  • Able to understand the legal aspects within the Hotel & Catering industry, e.g. Food Hygiene, Safe working conditions, Health and Safety Programs;
  • Inspect and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all function space, public areas, and service areas on all banquet levels. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure the highest level of product delivery;
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff, Support and assist team in resolving guest complaints.

Requirements:


  • Experience in similar supervising roles (at least 2 year of experience as a waiter is required);
  • Ability to work under pressure and as per business shifts;
  • Willingness to develop yourself and your team members;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service;
  • Fluent in Albanian & English Language;
  • Bachelor Degree.
