AMD is looking for an experienced and passionate
HR Officer

Who will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring and employee counseling and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Roles and responsibilities:


  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  2. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  3. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  4. Operating pay and benefits policies.
  5. Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
  6. Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
  7. Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
  8. Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  9. Create and distribute documents to employees.
  10. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
  11. Orienting new employees to the organization.
  12. Assist in performance management processes.
  13. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
  14. Provide customer service to employees.

Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Min experience of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
  • Teamwork skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus.
