Responsibilities/Tasks
- Design and development of modules and components
- Creation and execution of automated tests
- Participation in the creation of user stories
- Participation in the analysis and cost estimation of user stories
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or similar (Informatics, Electronics etc.)
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Java Developer and Managing Projects
- Experience in designing and developing with Java 8, Spring Boot, Angular, ES6/Typescript, Jira, GitLab, Scrum etc,
Skills:
Technical
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Java, Java Applets, Web Programming
- Microservice-Architecture
- Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Tk, Perl, a shell).
- Ability to do minimal debugging and modification of C programs.
Managerial
- Successful management experience in employee relations, performance appraisal and professional development.
- Strong analytical, planning, project management, supervision, team building, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities within time.
- Excellent skills in business organization and operation; ability to enforce and manage IT policies, principles, and operational issues in both overview and detailed levels.
- Manage IT security Policies.
- Experience in technical project management, including developing and managing technical project timelines, and prioritizing and assigning project tasks, and assessing progress.
Other
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Fluent English in writing and reading.
