• Lead business relationship and engage the Business Analysts from the impacted Technology Domains
• Ensure that the proper IT Capabilities and technical skills are involved in requirements negotiation and optimization
• Monitoring the correct project portfolio prioritization and management
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Manage relationships with Lines of Business
• E2E view per Business Lines (e.g. Consumer, Enterprise, Online…) and Business Processes (e.g. Finance, Logistics…)
• Project portfolio management and prioritization
• Cross Technology Domains Project Management
• E2E cross domain testing Mngt
• Release Strategy & Planning
• E2E technical Release Management
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Experience in Telco IT
• Extensive experience in project Management
• Good Understanding of system interdependencies and integrations.
• Very Good Understanding of Telco IT capabilities (CRM, Billing, BI etc).
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT
• Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing )
