Project: Developing a Pilot Distance Learning Program for ELearning Delivery in the Water Sector in Albania

Position Title: Local Subject Matter Experts
The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB) has received financing from the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD), under the Danube Water Program, toward the cost of implementing the Grant Project “Developing a Pilot Distance Learning Program for ELearning Delivery in the Water Sector in Albania”.
SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of several Local Subject Matter Experts to contribute with knowledge, information, resources and feedback in the course of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating the e-Learning Course. Under this assignment, several subject matter experts will be contracted for the period from 07 May, 2018 and will complete the assignment 30 September, 2018. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference document.
The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested experts with the required qualifications and work experience must submit an Expression of Interest, along with their detailed CV, and a Financial Proposal (specifying the daily fee in euro for the tasks specified in the ToR Document), to the below contacts.
Expressions of interest must be delivered electronically to the e-mail addresses below by 15 May, 2018.
