Requirements:
· Proven experience in relevant fields
· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Diploma
· Very Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

WAITER/WAITRESS: 1.
Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.2. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages. 3. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons

HOST/HOSTESS:
1. Greet incoming and departing 2. Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name. 3. Use visual cues to seat Guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference. 4. Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.5 Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service. 6. Tend to special Guest needs and requests

DISHWASHER: 1. Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas. 2. Load and unload dishwashing machines. 3. Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china). 4. Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately. 5. Set up workstations before meal prep begins. 6. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours. 7. Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.

CASHIER
: 1. Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions with customers. 2. Scanning goods and collect payments. 3. Issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets.

BARISTA:
1. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. 2. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions. 3. Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates. 4. Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso, coffee latte, and cappuccino. 5. Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products. 6. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar. 7. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

RECEPTIONIST:
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. 2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. 3. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. 4.Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. 5. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 6. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. 7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
