This future leader development programme helps you to fully understand the dynamics of the market, and how the BAT Marketing Departments of Brand, Trade, and Strategic Planning & Insights work together to achieve outstanding business results.
Your programme will kick off with a six month field force assignment to gain profound hands-on experience followed by the Marketing Department experience with the possibility to perform one assignment abroad.

During the programme you’ll be attending our global BAT Academy in London and have the opportunity to challenge yourself on international projects, working with cross-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your personal Coach and Mentor.

Essential requirementsIf you…
  • are looking for an international career in Marketing
  • are a final year student; or have a university degree or equivalent
  • max 2 years of relevant work experience, extracurricular activities as a student or international scholarship

  • possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background

  • are internationally mobile
  • have driving licence
