Scrum Master
· The ScrumMaster is a servant leader to the DevOps delivery team, coaching agile methods,and providing support and facilitation to increase velocity and teamproductivity
· This role isresponsible for identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, leading theteam and business in finding a solution, coordinating with other teams andfunctional partners, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution
· This role isresponsible for keeping a pulse on needs and insights from stakeholders andother initiatives, regularly communicating status, changes in direction, andrelevant metrics to avoid misalignment and roadblocks
Key Responsibilities:
· Support theProduct Owner in ensuring right-sized story writing, aligning priorities, andplanning sprint iterations
· Coach teammembers on Agile methods and technical practices (e.g. CI/CD, TDD etc.)
· Track andmanage risks and issues of the delivery team
· Track andreport on current status of all team members and the delivery
· Facilitatingkey agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
· Monitor andoptimize agile processes and practices
· Promotecontinuous improvement through retrospectives and team learning
· Coordinatewith other delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to manage risks,interdependencies and impediments to the team
Functional &Technical /skills:
· Agilesoftware development environment and methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP,LSD, and FDD
· Agileceremonies, tools, and artefacts e.g. retrospectives, demos, incrementplanning, information radiators
· Userstory definition and team backlog management
· Backlogitem estimation
· Continuousintegration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools
· DevOpsculture, processes, and tools

· Master’sor Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relatedfield
· Threeto five years of work experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner with agileteams
· Experiencein designing and delivering complex digital capabilities
· Experienceleading teams using agile methodologies in large scale teams
· CertifiedAgile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM),SAFe Certified Scrum Master or similar
· Experienceworking with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD
· Certificationsin traditional Project Management practices e.g. Prince 2, PMP preferred
· JIRA/Confluence,MS Project, or equivalent experience preferred
· Professionalexperience and knowledge of the Telecommunications industry strongly preferred
