Agile Coach

· The AgileCoach is responsible for leading and evangelizing the organization wide agiletransformation, motivating and energizing the organization through employmentof agile technique
· This role isresponsible for driving and supporting the adoption of an agile mind set,methodologies, and behaviors in all members of the organization
· This role isresponsible for working closely with key agile team members, such as the AgileProgram Manager, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers toestablish consistent and best-practice agile processes and principles
· This role isresponsible for defining agile adoption and performance metrics, monitoring andassessing them regularly, and identifying areas for improvement

KeyResponsibilities:

· E vangelizethe organization wide agile transformation and guide the organization throughits agile journey and maturity
· Defineand refine organization's agile principles, practices, standards andceremonies, according to both best practice and enterprise goals
· Mentorand coach all levels of the organization on agile principles, practices, roles,artefacts and ceremonies to maintain consistency of adoption and continuouslyimprove performance
· Defineagile adoption measurements and evaluate and report the performance andadherence of the organization on a regular basis
· Actas a catalyst to seed emerging practices & knowledge from one team toanother

Technical/Professional Qualifications:
· Master'sor Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relatedfield
· Sevenor more years’ experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner withagile teams
· Atleast three years of agile coaching in large delivery organizations
· Extensiveexperience leading teams using agile methodologies
· Atleast 3 years of experience working with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Less,DAD Spotify)
· CertifiedAgile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) orsimilar
· Extensiveexperience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD,and BDD
· Professional experience andknowledge of theTelecommunications industry strongly preferred

· Ahigh degree of apolitical sensitivity, with effective persuasion, negotiation,and dependency resolution skills, both within and outside the domain
· Strongbusiness acumen, including with an in-depth understanding of the contributionof the domain or business outcome to the wider digital business strategy androadmap
· Abilityto contextualize the wider business and financial goals to the domain and makedecisions, prioritization, and recommendations accordingly
· Excellentcollaboration skills
· Strongtime-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls
· Agilesoftware development environment and methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDDandBDD
· ScaledAgile experiences and expertise in frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, DAD orSpotify
· Agileceremonies, tools, and artefacts e.g. retrospectives, demos, incrementplanning, information radiators
· Userstory definition and team backlog management and estimation
