Plan, organize and control the working process of the marketing service.
The marketing manager is responsible for the day to day management of the marketing team and their ongoing development.
Possess the manuals and procedures that are related to the Corporate and Individual Banking and to Marketing issue and ensure that the marketing staff is aware and familiar with the manuals.
Prepare the presentation packages of products for the existing and potential clients and ensure that the clients are continuously informed about the new products. Compile information client’s strategy about the products. Organize small working groups that will directly deal with the information and the implementation of the new products.
Plan and take part with the marketing staff at periodical visits at the new and existing clients of the corporate for promoting banking products.
Plan and arrange visits at the public and private institutions in order to grow the number of the salary accounts and to present the products of the individual banking offered by the bank. Visit the retail business to introduce the debit/credit card service in order to grow the number of POS and their use.
Prepare report for the visits with the news clients and send them periodically to the Head Office. Keep close contact with Head Office or the specific departments for issues or problems that are related to big clients.
Organize and ensure that there is a database and is updated for the business that are operating in the area where the branch is located. Prepare e list with the big clients for each product of the bank.
Be updated for the last products of the competitors that they are offering in the banking market and when it is reasonable in some cases inform the Branch Manager.
In collaboration with the Branch Manager, keep close contacts with the government and private subjects, for the benefit of the bank like: attorney at law offices, Police, Municipality, etc.
Evaluate the credit applications and other products together with the marketing specialist, and take the decision whether they should go on with the process of crediting or no, after the prior consulting with the branch manager. Ensure that the credit files of the clients are prepared on time and in accordance with the rules for credit applications. Inform the Credit Branch Committee about his opinion for credit files. Authorize and check the entering in the system of the product contracts that are within the limit of the branch. After the disbursement of each credit check the approved credit files, documents and authorize the disbursement of the credit in the system.
Sign all the contracts of mortgage, annexes of the credit opening, other specific annexes, and other documents that are related with the approval of the credit disbursement. Responsible to take the confirmation from the ZRPP for the mortgage of the property in favor of the bank for each credit case.
Monitor each day the settlement of the credits and ensure that the clients are informed about their obligations. Ensure that the clients are visited periodically and be informed about the usage of the credit from the clients.
Inform the clients for the periodical changes (according to the contracts signed) of the interest and new installment and for keeping the prime life and property insurance.
Ensure that the documentation is complete and on time from the specialist for updating the financial situation (including the balance sheet handover to the tax office), once a year or in a shorter period as it might be requested from the Commercial Banking Department.
Follow the whole process of the credit management according to law procedures. Monitor the credits that have problems, by visiting very often the clients and to monitor their situation, make all the efforts to achieve the repayment on time, trying to find a proper solution according to the situation for both pairs (as for restructuring of the credit). Find out on time about the bad credit that might show problems in the future, by making a real evaluation of the economic-financial situation of the clients. Inform the credit committee of the branch and the responsible departments at Head Office for the cases, in order that they can take the relative measures for the attenuation of the situation.
Ensure that the request at the court for issuing the order to execute the NPL credits is done on time and in accordance with the guidelines of the Legal Affairs Department.
Maintain continuously relations with the Bailiff Office for the execution of the files that are in process and inform immediately Legal Affairs Department for the latest development.
On the Credit register make the respective search for each credit case, also for the new clients and existing ones.
Check the daily reports of Marketing Service and deliver it to the responsible employees (marketing specialist) that will work based on reports.
Coordinate the banking transactions of the Marketing services with the Operations services
The marketing manager will be responsible for ensuring that the branch style is adhered to and that our logos are used correctly on all partner publicity materials, the marketing material are exposed in the best way and in case of problems inform the branch manager.

Possess the qualities of the bank regulations.
 Bachelor degree for Economy.
 Minimum of three years’ experience in the banking sector.
 Management and organization skill, including ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
 Possess the ability to take decision on time and correct ones.
 Willing to face the targets or new goals set and the individual progress.
 Be creative, responsible and self – rigorous.
 Be harmonic and have good relations with the individual.
 Excellent and oral communication skills and telephone communications.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Be confident and have the ability to convince the clients.
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and the Internet.
 Presentation and coordinating skills.
 Good command of English language.
 Good knowledge of the banking system and the business that are operating in the local market.
