Position Requirements
Reporting to the Sales Manager the right candidate will be responsible for developing the company’s sales network in Albania, providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction, implementing new products and techniques. The right candidate should be self-motivated, flexible on travelling and help sniff out innovative ideas for maximizing sales efficiency.

  • Surveys the good supply of the market from the initial buyer till the end consumer.
  • Inspects and inform on time the administration, for all kind of projects and big constructions that are taking place in the country.
  • Follows the right application of the commercial policy
  • Promotes all range of products to the construction companies and traders
  • Runs the marketing activities in the country.
Candidate Profile

  • University degree at a graduate level preferably in Business, Engineering or related fields of study.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and / or construction business
  • Knowledge/exposure in Marketing will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent working knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Greek is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent communication ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Self motivation and strong achievement drive.
