On behalf of, an international company operating in Albania and in the Region, we are looking in Tirana for:



DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage and resolve on application technical component (Example: Interface, integration, ABAP, configuration, parameter and etc) related incident / Problem
• Manage and maintain all interface (Example: RFC connection, IDOC, Source System and etc)
• Manage and resolve any access related incident / Problem
• Manage and resolve any TE (Transport Express) integration related Incident / Problem
• Manage on high priority incident and representing in Technical Call forum for high priority call - Crisis management (High Severity Incident Management (MI,CI, P1 &P2))
• Monitoring on System exception message - System and Application Short dump
• Manage and resolve on System exception message - System Short dump related incident / Problem
• Manage and resolve system performance related Incident / Problem
• Manage and resolved Break fix (Without design implications)
• Manage and maintain Knowledge data base (KEDB)
• Provide Root Cause Analysis report for any major incident for P1/P2/CI/MI incidents including root cause analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor Degree;

Work experience: Pervious experience in similar positions;

Skills:

• SAP L3 support, SAP NW installation / configuration / EHP upgrades, performance analysis, automation scripting for performance tuning.
• SAP instances monitoring, jobs, applications short dumps, system error analysis, applying ABAP/JAVA support packages, add-on’s, OSS notes, kernel upgrades, EWA report analysis and implementation.
• Perform SAP instances workload analysis, performance bottlenecks identification and evaluation using SAP and database vendors tools. Adjusts SAP/DB configurations/profiles for optimum system resources utilization and distribution: capacity planning, memory management, CBO statistics, locks/waits monitoring/optimization, workload distribution analysis, indexes, tables reorganization according with SAP best practices, implement Oracle & HANA compression procedures.
