Tirana International Airport SHPK (“TIA”) is seeking for an
IT&T Specialist
who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Responsible for designing, modifying, installing, upgrading, updating and maintaining TIA IT&T systems, software and related hardware, thus providing efficient, accurate utilization and minimum downtime
- Analyze and diagnose problems related to TIA IT&T systems and develop effective solutions
- Maintain functionality of TIA Server Farm services, virtualization and replication
- Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system
- Responsible to provide general IT support to staff and customers (office automation) and orient new users to existing technology
- Prepare detailed shift reports
- Manage hardware and software products
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge of general IT, office automation: PC Maintenance Hardware/Software, Printers/Scanners, TCP/IP Ethernet Networking, Telephony
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2009/2012: Active Directory Service, updates (WSUS), Hyper V virtualization, Replication
- Knowledge on CCTV and Access Control Systems
- At least three years of working experience in related job responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English language
- Ability to multi-task, organize and coordinate
- Ability to plan, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
- Available to work in 3 shifts
