Branch Network Division Manager
On behalf of our client, a very successful bank operating in Albania we are currently looking for a Branch Network Division Manager.
Role:
The Branch Network Division Manager (NM) develops strategy of Branch Network's operations and monitors the implementation of the annual business plan, in order to ensure achievement of objectives, maximisation of profitability and increase of the bank's reputation in the local market.
The NM reports to Retail Banking Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the performance of Branch Network Division, in order to achieve business objectives and increase sales and profitability.
• Formulates, proposes and manages the execution of the business plan and budget of Branch Network Division, contributing in the effective implementation of organization strategy.
• In collaboration with the relevant units of the Bank, formulates the Network positioning, proposing specific volumes per products and services for each Branch.
• Monitors the planning and implementation of Regional Branch Network Division Managers activities, aiming at the maximisation of results in each region.
• Identifies: issues regarding the sales progress, business needs and trends regarding the geographical allocation of the Network and in collaboration with the competent units of the Bank, proposes corrective actions. In this context, cooperates with central units in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
• In collaboration with the relevant units of the Bank: administers and supports the functionality of Network (Branches, Point of Sales and ATMs), in order to ensure proper operation and constant improvement; proposes the establishment, the restriction or the closure of the Branches, Points of Sales or the installation of ATMs.
• Plans, organises, coordinates and controls the Branch Network Division's activities.
• Coordinates the Division's activities with other organisational/operational part of the Bank, Group companies and third parties.
• Ensures compliance with the internal, external regulatory framework and with the Group's rules, regulations and procedures and ensures that all the Branch Network principles and ways of operating are in compliance with the Regulatory Framework.
• Ensures the implementation of the audit recommendations for all matters under his/her responsibility.
• Ensures prompt and efficient response to requests from Bank's Units.
• Develops business relationships aiming at enhancing the Bank's presence and image.
• Ensures the delivery of timely and high level of quality services both to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years working experience within banking sector in network managerial position
• Mast have advance working knowledge of financial institution principles and regulations
• Ability to analyzes statistics and reports to determine business performance and trend
• Excellent skills in strategizing effective business plan and monitoring in order to meet predetermined targets
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to remain flexible and supportive as departmental needs arise and be willing to adjust priorities to meet changing demands and needs in the marketplace
• Driven to reach sales target and service goals
• Expected to have proactive networking approach to bring in new business, expand Bank Client's Portfolio and increase revenues.
• Written and verbal communication skills which support effective communication of information with different stakeholders
• Excellent Communication in Albanian and English
