AMD is looking for a potential candidate to fulfill the position of:

Compliance Specialist​

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Propose the draft of main information security documents – e.g., Information security policy, Classification policy, Access control policy, Acceptable use of assets, Risk assessment and risk treatment methodology, Statement of Applicability, Risk treatment plan, etc.
  2. Develop the list of interested parties related to information security.
  3. Develop the list of requirements from interested parties.
  4. Coordinate all efforts related to personal data protection.
  5. Ensure that all corrective actions are performed.
  6. Verify if the corrective actions have eliminated the cause of nonconformities.
  7. Maintain an inventory of all important information assets.
  8. Dispose of media and equipment no longer in use, in a secure way
  9. Define which type of communication channels are acceptable and which are not.
  10. Prepare communication equipment to be used in case of an emergency / disaster.
  11. Receive information about security incidents
  12. Coordinate response to security incidents
  13. Analyze incidents in order to prevent their recurrence.
  14. Define appropriate methods for the protection of mobile devices, computer networks and other communication channels.
  15. Propose rules for secure teleworking.
  16. Define required security features of Internet services.
  17. Define principles for secure development of information systems


Qualifications and experience:

  1. University Degree.
  2. IT background and experience.
  3. Acknowledge of international standards.
  4. Acknowledge of Information Security.
  5. Very good knowledge of German and English language.
