Service Desk Specialist


Purpose of position:

'Handel all subscriber provisioning ADSL, PSTN, VDSL, FIXGSM, IPTV, SQL Server


Main Duties:

· Using all the tools for subscriber operations like: JIRA, CRM, OTRS
· Interface to Sales, Customer Care and Shops
· Assign the tasks to respective back offices for individual subscriber operations.
· Cooperation and interfacing with Billing, Customer Care, Call Center, Sales sector, Network O&M etc. for main job fulfillment pre sales activities for all subscribers (FIXGSM, PSTN, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV etc.)


Skills:

· Understanding of RADIUS, DNS, firewall, packet captures, VM, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, VPN and WIFI protocols and technologies.
· Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
· Very Good knowledge of English language
· Able to work under pressure
· Able and willing to work in team
· Availability to work with shifts


Experience:

· 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry.


Education:

· University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
