TAG Specialist
We are seeking individuals with major brainpower, excellent organizational skills and an amazing attitude. Our TAG agents work daily with our field technicians setting appointments, negotiating payments and assign the perfect technicians to project service events. TAG Specialist selects the technician from the Barrister database, or researches qualified technician’s resumes to ensure each technician is qualified to deliver excellent customer service to our clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
•Advise the technician scope of work, tools needed, date and time of the call, and include any site-specific information.
Ensure technicians have all documentation needed to successfully complete the service call.
•Contact end-user to set and confirm appointment for multiple projects.
•Complete all work as assigned on a daily basis; follow up as needed.
•Meet project deadlines.
•Identify and escalate any issues to management immediately to ensure commitment to customer is met.
Job Requirements:
•High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to learn quickly.
•Ability to negotiate service repair opportunities and rate of compensation.
•Strong phone skills. Must speak clearly; majority of time is spent talking on a telephone.
Strong written communication skills; must be able to convey information in an effective and efficient manner.
•Attention to detail with serious proofreading skills.
•Able to sit for long periods of time.
•Ability to prioritize work activities to meet deadlines.
•Able to work independently and as part of a team.
•May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
