Technician


Purpose of position:

Perform operation and maintenance of Telecom equipment's

Main Duties:


  • Implementation of any installation of radio systems if required
  • Preventive maintenance and take necessary actions to correct issues in ALBtelecom Sites (tower elements, antennas, cables, external alarms, genset, A/C, MV/LV lines etc.)
  • Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations
  • Support other units when required
  • Make tower climbing to fix radio problems and transmission in the tower
  • Document all actions taken during troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Request for new application or relocation of power meter, automate to OSHEE as required by superior
  • Go in site to make signing of process verbal and control the of fueling in the site

Skills:


  • Very good command of mechanical and electrical hand tools
  • Able to work on heights
  • Good skills of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures
  • Multitasking, able to work under pressure
  • Team Work,
  • Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, Effective communication skills, Self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Experience:


  • At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance activities on mobile networks

Education:


  • University Degree
