Essential Job Requirements
- Responsible for beverage preparation up to the guest request
- Responsible for guests service at the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Preparing the daily Mise-en-place
- Maintenance of all Beverage and Food equipment’s used at the Bar area
- Maintaining proper Hygiene, Cleanliness and Order in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Proper welcoming of all guests in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Serving food and beverage to the clients if is needed
- Answering the phone and taking room service orders
- Handling complaints with care, respecting the guest opinion and finding the best solution
- Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments.
- Fluent English and Albanian verbal and written
- Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable)
- A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
