Project tasks
New assignments
  • Upon receipt of new job order from client take instruction from ‘management’ and execute search strategy
  • Check & prioritise list, manually exclude unsuitable profiles, highlight ‘do not contact’ profiles from existing clients
  • Prepare list for upload on database
  • Identifies priority of calling for consultants to execute contacting process, evaluates and reprioritises daily or as agreed

Existing assignments
  • Reviews consultant progress and reports on performance issues
  • Identify and resolve issues on existing assignments if the consultants don't have a broad list of people
  • Finds and adds additional targets to assignments where necessary
  • For demanding searches ‘manually maps’ candidates, identification of success factors

Databases

  • Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the candidate databases.
  • Key tasks include planning assignments, development of the databases candidate portfolio and talent pools and troubleshooting any issues related to project assignments.
  • Data remains consistent across the database
  • Data stored and search criteria is clearly defined
  • Maintains data integrity, security and passwords

Routine data maintenance
  • Populates database
  • Highlights ‘catch up’ & inactive candidates
  • Amends profile status where appropriate & inline with ongoing searches
  • Check daily screening info is corrected imputed on the database

Advertising
  • Advertises each new vacancy on all advertising mediums within 24 hours of client instruction
  • Identifies additional suitable websites to advertise
  • Maintains a document with the information on all advertisement and expiry dates to allow appropriate advertising
